See your point, however for quite some time during 1.1 to 2 cent range KRC was seen as a trick pony being the gold, now however and for the past month or so the Company has many strings to it's bow with the gold really taking a back seat until the new drill campaign starts at which time even more good news can be expected to keep up the forward momentum I would suggest.
Therefore buying in at 9.6 today can most certainly be seen as getting cheaply IMO.
