i don't know its difficult in the sense of reinventing the wheel but it can be fidly from what i understand. setting up jigs and flow sheets and then the acid leaching etc etc. every deposit is different and requires dialing in and adjusting to accommodate different host rock and mineralisation. in most cases its just money, smart people, patience and in some cases some creativity. shooting for 99.5% will take a fair bit of tweeking but once they nail it.....bank!
