Insurance premiums may drive you there Patty, if you can get anyone to take the risk on your behalf. Then you have the worry of your insurance company squirming out of its obligations in any case ... of course no government bailout can ever refloat someone whose live has been devastated by a natural disaster and they certainly become wiser if they have the resources to re-establish their lives. But surely we have to start taking more responsibility for where we chose to live and the houses we choose to build?
