Because it had previously been announced by Scomo. This is just to acknowledge that the contract (detail) has now been signed. We have waited weeks to have this finalised. The SP has gone south during this time as there was doubt in SH's minds as it was a political stunt to help the by-election when he attended their manufacturing facility. We will see the announcement tomorrow from EOS. Govt goes first, we go second. Dont forget, they hold all the cards.
