aust govt stockpiling relenza

I finally got an answer back from emails sent to the govt last month about why not stockpiling relenza.

they say they have the largest stockpile of antivarals in the world on a per capita basis.
they are undergoing discussions to purchase significant amounts of relenza****
their policies on the national stockpile are constantly under review as new evidence arises
from the dept of health and ageing/biosecurity and disease control branch
so there, they do reply to letters
