Seriously guys - we won't have to worry about drought - we won't have a country.
Just look around you and take notice, in a world that is less stable than ever you like it or not, need to pick a side in order to lock in future security.
As for wasting tax payers money .... only if we start using our amo as these ships and planes would be flying or sailing somewhere else anyway.
