Hear talk of a class action suit against the WA Labor party involving Paladin & Nova. Both granted exploration rights in WA BEFORE the Labor party took power & hence legally the change in policy would be against their constitutional rights to freedom of trade.

Wont get to that point IMO as the Labor party will abolish the outdated law.

Entities like the WA Labor Party & Peter garret are going on record stating their position, that way they save when the policy change is forced on them.

Stocks like SMM & others with JORC deposits will be flyers between now & then .... in fact after too!!!
