The Rudd Super Tax can only help weaken the dollar and if rock phosphate can be exempt, it may prove a best case scenario fo MAK. IPL is not taking any chances and has suspended it's drilling program at Phosphate Hill, which was to have been the first step in their potential expansion of the site.
