who cares these are all old statistics anyway...
If you want to predict the market go ahead, just remember the words "world financial crisis"...
if people need a roof over their heads they will pay what the market is asking... which i guess is why the FHOG has been so successful... the question is what will happen when the FHOG stops and interest rates go back up, remembering that investors already have a roof over their head. (i did hear that they may be abolishing stamp duty in WA ???... that would help)i reckon if you got a long term view and you dont over extend yourself you really cant go wrong with quality property and shares
