austex oil issue to shore up sxx numbers

Looks to me like the recent placement to Austex Oil is a way for the sxx chairman Boris Ganke to shore up the votes in the up and coming board tussle with the noble boys!!!!!

Was this the issue of shares to repay one million dollars ??

If not for prop reasons then why not issue the shares after the meeting and keep the loan in the books ?????

The chairman happy to keep the Fiji land loans going for more than 20 years!!!!

All a little strange for me !!!
