Bank of America/ Merrill Lynch Futures became a substantial holder on 3oth June holding over 36 mln shares.
They then ceased becoming one on 1st July.
Looks like they borrowed the stock to enable shorting which judging by the SP action didn't work.
There is no other explanation you just don't hold over 36 million shares for a couple of days!
Note it was there Futures arm involved.
This shows SP has great strength in a very confused share holders register.
The worst is behind ANG.
