Mostly sold out due to opportunity cost and sick of not knowing anything. Also the potential for new cashflow coming in this year is near zero now given the delay in Austin Moses imho. Austin bounces up slightly on good news but the overall sp trend appears to me to be a downward movement

I would be more than happy to re-enter in austin after the court issues have been resolved and we have a clearer picture of what is happening in park city but for me at the moment the unknown is too big a downside compared with potential upside at the mo all i see is a downward trend in s.p and when it does bounce sellers selling to reduce losses.
