In the last several months the virtues of fundamental and technical analysis has had no relevance to this stock and many other stocks. You do raise some interesting facts and some popular speculation.

My AKK holdings are a fraction of what they were in the good times. So to buy now may be gambling for some as the outcome in the short term is uncertain. Speculation is synonymous with thinking, while gambling is synonymous with hazardous behaviour. AKK is just one of about 1,800 different securities listed on the ASX.
Although i still have a mild interest in this one, their are so many others better and worse to consider and avoid.

In essence many stocks have an uncertain future including FMG... i traded this stock several times. In June 08 it hit a high of $12.00 and today it's worth $2.28. It's a producer with several supply contracts but It's debt and the falling metals price including demand has killed it.
So what chance does a minnow like AKK have???
Time will tell.
