im sorry to say it spikeup...
there will be no mid term potential because Austin will not get cashflow positive... We thought there was a good chance early on when they were going nuts drilling, with there plans of drilling 200 plus wells etc... but it was pretty much a cover as to the truth...
They just can not hook em up fast enough... the flow rates are just not as good as they said they would be... stimulation is not working like they said it would be...
plant capacity can not handle enough gas flow to make any sort of dent on cashflows...
This company will not become cashflow positive, and therefore it will continually need to raise funds for however long people are prepared to lend to them...
after awhile investors will stop lending...
and then what happens?
Cut your losses at 11 cents id say...
This will not work...
its all about becoming cashflow positive...what are the chances of that? id say around 0-7% chance...
