    What is possibly a little sig. is that Cliffs Asia is now not holding 19.9% via the 19.462m issue as per ann. on the 10/08, but now holding 13.558% as of 30/10 with their holding being diluted further via the SPP IMO. NB. Top 20 held 64.488% on the 30/10. How quickly things change.
