I do not have an answer.

However, I feel that it may have something to do with shares acquired prior to AGM's and utilising those shares for voting purposes so as to avoid

having votes go against the wishes of the board generally that would not meet their objectives!

Just surmising as we, as shareholders, have not been informed of the actual issue!

There were a lot of issues in relation to the issue of shares around that period and since then that were brought to the attention of both ASIC and the ASX over the past couple of years.
