In Westpac’s corporate governance statement the board states this:
" Good governance is a strong indicator of overall management capability and quality"
With yesterday's events it has become crystal clear our BOD are both incapable and of questionable quality by there own measure and should resign immediately.
Westpac’s senior management are also culpable in this affair and if criminal charges deemed warranted, let it be.
