Read the article. Sounds like just hoops for these companies to jump through.. Considering the smallish amounts and that most the transactions are usually tied to actual businesses they can audit the money trail of, i'm sure the risk is quite manageable. I would imagine it's just all to make sure they are doing the right thing.
