Something to look out for as you may be aware Optus was hacked affecting upto 9 million aussies.
Drivers license, DOB, address, passport etc. obtained - pre and current customers.
Not sure the extent of credit checks (zero/soft/hard) across BNPLs but this will be their first easy target.

News reports say to stay vigilant (i.e.reactive) watch your bank accounts or strange text messages, etc. but in reality they become you if your details were sold on black market. https://www.itnews.com.au/news/optus-cyber-attack-exposes-customer-information-585567
I banned credit report access from Equifax and other majors soon as I heard. At least it stops any credit requests from BNPL (that do checks) or any credit under regulation and you can do extensions if elligible.
