The fundamentals are very attractive from a financial point of view. The thing that holds the share price back is the company is a one mine company, and an underground one at that.
At 55c its trading on a prospective pcf multiple of 2, exceedingly attractive, but the market has memories of Gympie Gold, another one coal mine, underground, company. went bust over night when mine caught fire.
I hold a small amount of the prefs.
Still waiting for proof of increased prodction from the new long wall miner. If production jumps, then share price should too.
