    It looks like someone or something is manipulating the share price to keep it low. Selling 4k at 16 cents. Having a sell offer of 234 shares. But it is hardly forcing any major sales at low prices, so the manipulation seems pointless.
    Unless something is going on that some know about but most don't, a share price spike seems inevitable.
