Runner, Don't mistake my enthusiasm for what could end up being stupidity. We won't know for a while yet. Its a pretty healthy crew of posters on this thread with Weighlifter and Runner both taking an interest.


Depends which OXY announcement you are referring to. The Phase 1 B trials are due out now. These trials are simple to perform and easy to tabulate the results . If it goes well which is expected then it is time to file a ANDA at the FDA.


That application is probably complete already just waiting to cut and paste the results. The trial was finished weeks ago. Then POH will also file a 505(B)2. application with FDA. This application is for approved drugs that have a new delivery method. A fast track to market and sales.

POH's strategy is to apply TPM technology to off=patent approved drugs which will be very fast to market (2/3 years) So in the OXY case this announcement is similar to a PHASE 3 trial result form most companies new drugs. In fact it probably is even better beacause OXY has been around since 1972.

A phase 3 trial result is still a worry if it is for a new class of drug. Any other company waiting for the results of a phase three would be creating a fair bit of excitement for shareholders.

I have been reading OBJ's forum and noticed two things. These are my observations and may been proved wrong. There has been little or no discussion that mentioned POH, One would have thought considerable debate comparing to very similar businesses would be happening. Also very little quality debate on OBJ itself. Except for shareprice.

It appears most OBJ posters have little knowledge of the sector or the company and are following the hype and momentum. They have never heard of POH, like nearly everyone else on the planet.

Is the average investor in POH any more knowlegeable regarding POH. If we have a great result from these Phase 1B trials in near future, is that the same as passing a phase3 trial in respect of rerating the SP.

Thats how I read the current situation but happy to be corrected if a more knowlegable poster can shed more light on the situation. If the scenario I suggest is correct that would explain PLAYEZ post regarding excitement at Clayton HQ,
