I just spoke to Australation management and they told me the BFS will be finished by the end of this month with a few outstanding aspects to be finalised later. This I beleive would be normal for the process taking place. All seems to be on track with the Chinese but it seems the dealings with Mr Palmer are 'difficult' (The word used)and ongoing but they still feel confident the outcome will be good for ARH. I have no doubt Mr Palmer will be pushing very hard to get the best for himself, hence the difficulty in the negotiations.
