Bit hard to compare MRD and OD6 when MRD don't even have an MRE yet. They sure do like taking their time over there.
MRD - 2 years 1 month from REE discovery to releasing leaching met results.
OD6 - Nov 22 - April 23 = 5 months
So however long it takes OD6 to do something, multiply it by 4 and that should get you MRD's timeline
