That's so funny, What happened to only accepting the science from climate scientists and peer reviewed publications. Now Flim Flam Flannery is acceptable. He is not a climate scientist, yet you want to laud his work. Hypocrisy much.!!!!
The reason we accept the views of many of these commentators is because we can see the sense in what they are saying and they offer proof to back up their moderate claims. The opposite of what happens with the leftoids. Everything put up on here comes out of The Age or The Guardian or similar. Just rubbish by twisted, bitter, second rate has-beens, whose papers are in severe decline because the majority of people refuse to read that unbalanced rubbish.
Then you get the warmists refusing to public debate, because they get a hiding and are made to look stupid. They present data which is always tickled and always in one direction- more heat. Then you have climate gate, scumbag Mann who manipulates data, claims he won a Nobel prize, which he didn't and was reprimanded for and then Peter Gleick fraudulently obtaining documents and then adding made up documents to try and discredit an organisation. They will do and say anything for "the cause". They claim every type of weather is demonstrative of climate change. They hype- look at Flannery - he says, imagine a ten story building, that's where the water level will be and then buys a property at sea level.
Not only that, their income depends on the scare to keep on going. They need fear and uncertainty to keep getting funded. Naturally everything they do is biased. everyone knows that you can buy the outcome. Just design the research project to achieve the outcome you desire. Why would anyone trust a single word these people say. They are disgusting. They have destroyed the credibility of science and relegated it to the gutter.
And then we have the fact that there has been no warming for seventeen plus years. Ipcc accepts that, Met office accepts that, but on here its denied. Ohhh, your graph is wrong. Well no it isn't. You are wrong and in denial.
There are only a few honest scientists and they are the ones that speak out against the con, refuse to join the herd and then get crucified for doing so. Others change their position as they realise that it has all been a con and then are abused and hounded by the warmists they left behind. Others say they are afraid to speak out for fear of vilification. A classic example of a cult mentality.
