So they bid for a project by tender. Presumably the lowest price and win.
Locking out another bidder, at presumably a higher price. Then after starting the job say they need more money to build it. So they have shafted the competitor bid and want to be paid the higher amount.
(presuming the contract stated the contaminated dirt was included)
And also want to be paid more money to cover profits lost in Dubai by the Vic taxpayers.
Well why not, they now have our balls in the vice. They will just say jobs jobs jobs. Which are clearly needed.
We may as well just have governments build the stuff in the first place. This is where everything will head eventually.
