Correct me if I’m wrong, but is this the first confirmation from Oleg on the Middle Eastern countries that DRO has contracts with?
It’s certainly the first time I have seen the countries explicitly named, to my memory. I had always guessed that the infamous $78m ‘imminent’ contract was with the Saudis. I had been thinking lately that as DRO gets deeper in working with 5-eyes countries it might hinder their plans and operations in the Middle East, but this article flips that idea!
