Like all investments nothing is perfect
But EVs and charging --- you can't park on the street and charge, so does the site you buy include power ?
The number of garage sites is extremely small compared the the number of cars, a number that IMHO has doubled in the last ten years
Can you turn your site into a double decked ?
Has the disadvantages outweighed the advantages ?
DYOR and make a plan, all investment should work on the basis of don't put all your eggs in one basket
I have a couple of friends who own expensive apartments and neither of them can fit two cars into their dble car spaces supplied as their cars are too big
