Almost all developers of high-rise units are now installing 3 phase power in new complexes car parks to facilitate car charging, KP - albeit that some spaces only suite small cars, which is not particularly relevant. And its early days in the EV revolution, so street chargers will come in time. I appreciate that you are not a supporter of EV's, but again its early days and the tech will improve in time, like all electronic devices. That said, with the advent of self-drive, rental EV's roaming the streets and available with a click on your app, it could be that very few folks in the metro's will own a car in the future, rendering unit car parking spaces as storage facilities, and perhaps a new market sector entirely. And with all that far fewer cars on the road, along with the near silence, higher prices for main road properties, which are usually heavily discounted. It's all a brave new world for us old farts, KP, and it's happening at the speed of dark whether we like it or not.
