Corporate, msm, politics are all in bed together thus they are the same entity even if they look seperate on paper, it's communism without any doubt just in a more modern form, the official definition of communism that you read is misleading you. Milei in his speech at Davo's addressed this and stated the definition of communism needs updating as it no longer requires the State to actually 'own' the companies because they control them through the control and placement of the CEO's.
Another recent example is Qantas and our government restricting competition so Qantas change charge customers more and make more money, this is not capitalism or free markets it's communism and control.
