Capitalism and communism have worked together since dawn of time. It's called socialism.
If it wasn't communism, there wouldn't be child labour laws. If it wasn't capitalism, there wouldn't be private ownership.
People can lie to themselves they live in a capitalist state, in reality it's a socialist state.
The only problem is when people veer to far to either side. As the Buddha said, follow the middle path.
