The Qld Govt increased the resource tax percentage on Coal, and only if the price of Coal went above a pre set figure. It has had zero imp[act on mining, because the price of Coal is deflated and the new rates don't apply. The new rates haven't stopped Clive from taking the Govt to court to start a new Coal mine which it knocked back. Your post is nonsense.
