I have been on the both winning and losing sides in a restructure.. Here's what happens, the old owners get wiped out. The new owners take the lot.

In Milei's Argentina, the old owners are society, the new owners are the billionaire class. Congrats for them.

There are much better economic frameworks than the neoliberalism you default to. Neoliberalism has has been a disaster, its why we're in the mess we're in and the bankers/billionaires/royalty's power is so great, they're going for the lot with their Great Reset.
