And I would have to agree.
It would be like saying, when you see a sexy girl/guy you would have to have your way with them.
A normal person would appreciate what they see and do no harm.
I believe these thugs have such a low self esteem of them selves, that the only way they can feel good/superior is to make other people worse of then themselves by beating them up or vandalizing something nice that they don't own.
The fact that they are in a gang tells you of their own perceived individual self worth and confidence.
The government should take a zero tolerance on these matters.
Maybe get a SAS officers in police uniforms to patrol some of these areas that are showing no respect for police, and remove their leashes to handle these guys as they see fit.
Sporting clubs fine, Gang hang outs, remove.
