China has/is beating us at our own game. Simply put.... and that's why it's so hard to come up answers/solutions/resolutions... despite their methods ... you can't change the rules mid game. And if we, or indeed they decide to, it will take more than political conviction more so how we consume, manufacter etc. These shouldn't be mutually exclusive. The worry about political conviction is that we end up swinging one way or the other to the extreme to resolve our current issues....and I don't want that for my country. Sadly within the current political structure both major parties are hogtied and subservient to minor and short term interests at the expense of our future.
