Australia burned and flooded while Parliament has even more time off

Record flooding in FNQ, record heat throughout SA, Vic and NSW, record bushfires throughout SW Tasmania and Scott Morrison's MPs have been granted additional holidays from the work and scrutiny of Parliament.

How disturbing it is that while fish die in record numbers in the Murray-Darling Basin and the RC identifies gross maladministration that Scott Morrison and his muppets are leaning, loafing, dodging and weaving.

The same people who've made an artform out of denigrating Aussie battlers as leaners, loafers and work-dodgers are missing in action after Morrison added even more time of Parliament to the two weeks he granted himself after Malcolm Turnbull was terminated as PM.

But the evangelical advertising man has given us a whole new suite of taxpayer funded political advertisements, apparently intended to contrast with those of Clive Palmer.
