With all due respect, Brian didn't sell all his shares. He sold a small portion to cover his Capital gains taxes plus a bit more.

Since he still holds well over 40million shares, I'd hardly say he was 'doing an Esau' by selling the farm in exchange for a free lunch.

I would have done the same in his circumstances, even if I didn't have bills to pay.

If the company is giving the impression that they are losing interest and have their eye on the exit, then I'd be getting worried. but all along the chief objective has been to get through the FDA to get this party started. In fact the party will start once results from the trials are ready for submission... if results are good, approval is a formality.
