That photo is disturbing. If we are to be governed by quotas how come no males were allowed to be photographed. And if we are to get the balance right how many award recipients have 'outed' themselves as being left-handed. How many Harley Davidson owners/riders received awards. I'm am shocked at the lack of tattoos on the females, who also didn't wear gym/exercise kits while being photographed. No botox enhanced lips by the lucky female recipients. It was a big let-down.
