Lapdog, great timing - in the press today was the reference to Sheik Shady Al-Suleiman (President of the Australian National Imams Council) and his view on gays - and his opinion is staunchly endorsed by the Grand Mufti of Australia, who jumped to his protection.

Here is what Shady (a suitable name, if I might add) had to say about gays (specifically, jump to 1:45 in the video):
