USC75, thanks for the OP. It’s central and now critical to Australia’s future. It didn’t have to be, but our scottymade it so, fired by his fleeting bromantic liaison in 2020 with failed potus and gaslighting technician donnie orange.

do you reckon our Scotty has got any idea about how to repair the damage, if possible. Of course he hasn’t, he’s clueless. Mutual respect isn’t something you can switch on and off. It’s an ongoing process scotty can’t participate in.

That would require qualities such as empathy and compassion, neither of which he has, and critical thinking, wwhich also eluded him. As the leader of a nation of 26 million arrogance isn’t going to work when talking with the leadership of a country of 1.3 billion.

our scotty from marketing isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed and being hollow and a happy clapper means he’s ever only 100% reactive. Because you can’t fill emptiness with delusion and expect a fundamental core you can depend on.

scotty is exactly the wrong person in the PM job at this time.

The LNP govt’s aggressive stance against our biggest trading partner is unfathomable, beyond comprehension.

and now you have Defence Minister Peter ‘drongo’ Dutton going around talking out loud about actual conflict.

it’s like Australia doing a brexit on itself.

the best Australia can hope for is Labor wins the next general election by a handsome margin and so has six or more years to re-establish mutual respect, trade symbiosis and decent diplomatic dealings.

it will take years to restore good relations, which took almost 50 years to evolve and curate and which our scotty wrecked, mostly in the past year..
