Immigration is not good for the economy, it is pure propaganda to convince people immigration is good.
Basically you have to share a countries resources to more people, therefore the wealth per person deceases.
You need to look at the GDP per capita not overall and per person it will go down with immigration.
Look at the highly populated countries India and China and the poverty that exists over there, Higher populations are not good for individual wealth.
Imagine if Australia had a very small population and Australia's natural wealth was distributed among those people, everyone would be better off.
Not saying I am necessarily anti-immigration, just that it being good for an economy is blatent Propaganda. Repeat a lie often enough and people will believe it.
