Property in my areas of interest and styles of property has been wiped off the market in the last few weeks. Talking to a friend who is an agent in the area and he says that he is desperately trying to get some stock in the window.

It looks like 2013 might be a good time for property in Sydney.

Buy good quality property in the right area and for the right price, fund it properly, be patient, forget about it and the rest looks after itself.

Some really, really silly things have been posted over the last few years here. If these posters were genuine in their view, one can only shake the head repeatedly.
