    why don't we fight fire with fire. Why don't our negotiators say, "unless all hostages are released we will disband every prayer hall and mosque in 'the west' from whence any terrorist/militant has come"- highlight also this would be ongoing. With this in mind, the 'good' muslims will be more forthcoming with information on the naughty ones.
