Do you mean similar to the $13 billion cost blowout of our largest hydro renewable projects, but at least we'd end up with a 100% fossil fuel free electricity system, as opposed to a renewables 100% "net" renewable, i.e. gas peaking backed supply? In which case, great! Also we wouldn't have a cost blowout on new transmission lines either!
