In addition, they used the (forget the term for it, investment loans priced according to their risk) cost of the investment loan at something like nearly 6%. But in reality it would be a bit lower at today's rates, although CSIRO are considering the risk to be higher than everyone else in the industry. A rate of 3% for example, instead of nearly 6%, will make a substantial difference to the outcome of the report.
