Why do Bogans have to own Vicious Dogs?

I was at the pub in Picton a couple of years ago, when one of the Feral Redneck locals turned up with three gigantic Pig Dogs.

They were on chains, but not dog chains.

They were on the sort of chains that could secure a bulldozer to a low loader.

The peanut brain owner though it was funny when the dogs started to growl at the other patrons, causing them to move away or leave.

His Bogan mates thought it was funny too.

I've seen the damage a dog can do to an Old Lady's legs, and it's not pretty.

Ban Vicious Dogs and Boguns IMO.
