Australian property IS going through a monumental crash that most have never seen or comprehend. HC Trader and Matty called it ages back, debt fuelled greed has led us here but it will all return.
60% falls from the top are coming and I have called this 3 years back in the meantime prices have gone nowhere for 7 years. 49% interest down the gurgler.
If I was loaded into property I would be bailing.
Bulls as for my shares they are going very well. The specs are absolutely pumping. Thanks to them I could buy a property outright now, but I will wait a few years and buy 3. Bit of a gloat!!
