Yea thats true some great bargains in the country
you can buy in moe victoria and go on centrelink..really depends on the next generation coming through and what they can afford with the smorgasboard of jobs on offer..
Time will tell which way it goes..suppose if you believe its possible buying in these conditions you buy..l can buy another but choose not to mainly cause l dont see it being easy..low interest rates will appeal to some who have cash in bank at crap interest rates or its a trap to get the cash out of banks and into an overpriced market
obviously if you earn 2000bucks a week and have 1kid you are laughing

difference also between a family home to a second dwelling as a family home is worth a hell of alot more with kids growing up memories etc etc
