Yes and that needs to be subjected to the laws we all live by.
And if the country cannot enforce the laws that are in place for all of us look to the Governement of the day.
I remember the police violence against Indigeneous marchers seeking the vote in the late 50's and early 60's
when by simply being white I had the vote already because I had turned 18. Australia has long been racist....White Australia Policy("Two wongs don't make a white" Arthur Calwell), Anti Chinese legislation...etc etc. Arrest law breakers ...but don't re-write history.
