I lost a bomb investing in fuel refining infrastructure in Australia. Funny thing that CTX only started performing as a stock once it killed Kurnell. Most heavy industry is doomed in this country, all we can ever do is export raw material after high labour costs, build expensive housing and import pretty much everything except food to fill our needs and desires. I should say we used to be able to ship raw material. Looking at the sector it seems we cant even do that. We can pretend to explore for it though. And pretend to develop it. Now that's the real money spinner.
